Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for The Atlantic City and County (ACC) Continuum of Care (CoC)

The Atlantic City and County (ACC) CoC Executive Committee is now accepting Notices of Intent forms from all agencies interested in applying for FY2026 Continuum of Care funding administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Agencies interested in HUD CoC funding must submit a Notice of Intent form for each project which will be reviewed by a local selection committee appointed by the ACC CoC Executive Committee.  

The ACC Executive Committee strongly encourages all agencies interested in serving those who have experienced homelessness, including agencies that have not previously received HUD CoC funding, to consider submission of a Notice of Intent.  All Notices of Intent will be evaluated according to the scoring criteria linked below:
