COVID-19 Surveillance Reports Archive

 

The COVID-19 Variant Surveillance Report includes the cumulative summary of all sequencing results reported by commercial labs and the Public Health and Environmental Laboratories (PHEL) that have been submitted for surveillance purposes.

The COVID-19 Weekly Activity Reports provide data on COVID-19 transmission risk by county. This report is posted on Fridays. In order to better align with CDC, effective June 17th, NJ has shifted to monitoring the CDC’s COVID-19 Community Levels, rather than the New Jersey COVID-19 Activity Level Index (CALI) to inform public health guidance.

The COVID-19 Variant Surveillance Report includes the cumulative summary of all sequencing results reported by commercial labs and the Public Health and Environmental Laboratories (PHEL) that have been submitted for surveillance purposes.

 

The COVID-19 Weekly Activity Report provides data on COVID-19 transmission risk by six regions. This report is posted on Thursdays and uses Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) dates, which are from Sunday to Saturday. MMWR dates are commonly used by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to standardize weekly reporting across years.
