Section V: Utility Work to be included in Contract Provide a statement as to what utility work should be considered for inclusion in the contract bid documents. Section VI: Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Check YES or NO if it is felt that a SUE is required and check the level (Designating, Location or Data Management) that is recommended.
