(a)	Lane usage for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 42 described in this subsection is hereby regulated as follows:
1.	In Gloucester County:
	i. In the Township of Monroe:
(1)	Right lane for right turns only:
	(A) From Route NJ 42 northbound to eastbound at a private driveway into the shopping center (Sam’s Club) at a point 880 feet north of the centerline of Prosser Avenue and extending 400 feet northerly therefrom (approximate milepost 2.57).
