Welcome to the New Jersey Beneficiary Advisory Council webpage.
Federal regulations establish the Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC), which is made up of current and former New Jersey FamilyCare members, their family members, and caregivers. The BAC’s primary objective is to advise the Assistant Commissioner of the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) on policy development and effective administration of the NJ FamilyCare program. The BAC meets quarterly and meetings are currently closed to the public. Meeting dates and notes from each meeting will be posted below.
