PLEASE NOTE: The qualification application is now an online form with required attachments. Paper qualification applications will no longer be accepted.
You will not be able to save the online qualification application and return to it later. Please only begin the application once you have assembled all of your application materials, including the Qualification Application Certification Form (page 6 of the Qualification Guidelines PDF) with your authorizing board member’s signature. A checklist of the contents of the application form and the required attachments is included in the Qualification Guidelines PDF. Review the requirements carefully and ensure that you have compiled all required materials before beginning the online application.
Qualification applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Complete applications received by the Trust will be reviewed at the next scheduled Cultural Trust Board meeting.
To be eligible for the FY27 IFS Arts grant round, organizations must be qualified at the time grant applications are due (July 30, 2026) and the time grants are awarded (January 2027). Qualification applications submitted after June 8 at 12 p.m. may not confer eligibility for the FY27 grant program.
Workshops: Qualification workshops include an in-depth presentation on the purpose of qualification, qualification requirements, and qualification application, as well as an opportunity for Cultural Trust staff to answer questions from potential qualification applicants.
