The SI template begins with a page that lists revisions to the SI from the most recent to the oldest. This page is in hidden text and can only be seen if the ‘Show/Hide’ button is depressed. This page will help the user to determine what changes have been incorporated in the SI template.

To view hidden text in the SI, click on ‘Tools’ then ‘°¿±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ…’ Next click on the ‘View’ tab then check ‘Drawings’ under the ‘Show’ section and check ‘All’ under the ‘Nonprinting characters’ section. Then click the ‘OK’ button.

To set track changes, click on ‘Tools’ then ‘°¿±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ…’ Next click on the ‘Track Changes’ tab then select ‘Black’ for all four ‘Color:’ options and select ‘(none)’ or ‘Hidden’ for all four ‘Mark:’ options. Then click the ‘OK’ button.

To eliminate hidden text when printing the Master Special Provisions, click on ‘Tools’ then ‘°¿±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ…’ Next click on the ‘Print’ tab then uncheck ‘Hidden text’ under the ‘Include with document’ section. Then click the ‘OK’ button.
