The video camera offers a unique opportunity for the public to view the Bald Eagles in their natural environment during the nesting season from December 15 through July 31. If viewing this video outside the nesting season, the nest may be empty. Viewing is best during daytime hours. Bald Eagles are extremely sensitive to human disturbance. At no time should anyone physically trespass or intrude into the preservation area and the Bald Eagles' habitat which is on private property. People who come too close may actually cause the birds to abandon a nest. Video image is updated every 2-3 seconds
