NOTICE TO PETITION FILERS

Petition Filing Appointments for candidates in the General Election will be available starting May 4, 2026.

Petition Filing Deadline Day is June 2, 2026 until 4:00 p.m. The filer must be in the building before that time.

Petitions are being accepted at 225 West State Street, Trenton, NJ 08608.

Walk-in petition filing is also available. Petition filers with appointments will be serviced before walk-ins filers.

We suggest filing your petition as early as possible!

June 5 - by 4:00 p.m.
